Project Management
ITI’s experienced project managers provide overall coordination of tasks – not only the
applications but also any other required deliverables such as system documentation,
training materials, help desk support, etc. ITI project managers use proven project
management methodologies based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and
Agile (rapid application development) techniques.
Each project manager has a minimum of 5 years of project management experience. Once a project is launched, the assigned project manager is responsible for facilitating the planning activities which result in the development and execution of the Project Management Plan. The plan includes budget, schedule, scope, staffing plan, key performance metrics and risk assessment.
During the course of the project, the Project Manager ensures that the project not only completes on time and within budget, but also routinely keeps the customer informed of status, work activities, and real or potential issues, as well as managing resolution of issues.
Business Process Analysis and Evaluation
Understanding your business is the first step. We utilize a variety of tools to ensure that
we fully understand your business “As is” including interviews, observation, modeling techniques,
JAD sessions, etc. With your input, we will then envision the “To Be” state. A gap analysis
is then performed to identify the technical and / or process solutions to drive to the end state.
We leverage iterative development strategies to incrementally deliver early business value within
the shortest amount of time and within budget.
