System Operation and/or Support Services
While the CAFDEx® Web System tools have been proven to improve organizational
efficiency, the success of your processes is dependent upon the knowledge and
skill sets of your staff. ITI offers a broad portfolio of support resources
that allow you to operate and support our system while the company staff becomes
experienced to take on that responsibility.
STANDARD
System Help File and Documentation: User Help Files are available for all CAFDEx® systems and are accessible from within the system. The “Help” files contain step-by-step instructions on how to navigate and use the system as well as an explanation of process terms. The “Help” menu can also include customized content to reference documents related to your process.
Help Desk Support: The Help Desk is the single point of contact for customers who use CAFDEx® and its associated systems. ITI provides direct support to CAFDEx® Location Administrators to resolve customers’ administrative and technical problems remotely. ITI consistently adheres to agreed upon service levels for responding to and resolving issues, depending upon the severity and priority of the reported incident.

Train the Trainer Programs: ITI’s Train the Trainer programs have proven to be an effective way for organizations (large and small) to manage costs. This strategy imparts critical knowledge to key individuals to not only provide initial training to users but to also equip these resources to provide on-going support to CAFDEx® users after deployment.
Specialized Training Programs: ITI can develop a specialized training program for staff tailored to meet the needs of your company’s processes. Training may be delivered in 1:1 sessions, hosted group sessions, or leveraging proven alternative training methods (e.g. web-based, computer- based and telecommunication) to provide and perform system specific, process specific, and Just in Time training.
