- User Management: Implement role-based security based on your organizational structure with the flexibility to meet process-specific needs but the rigor to comply with relevant standards and guidelines. Intuitive, user-based tools delegate management of system access to customer-assigned administrators
- Quick Maintenance (QM) Forms: User Interfaces (UI) within CAFDEx® Web Applications are carefully designed to make data entry as efficient and accurate as possible via simplified, standardized, repeatable, and consistent methods.
- Data Management: Through our thorough understanding of your business, we are able to assemble your data to meet your needs using your business terms. We will give you the tools to manage your data on an on-going basis
- Import and Integration Service Capabilities: Data can be imported from a variety of sources and in a variety of formats including fixed file formats, XML, ODBC compliant databases, etc.
- Workflow Tailored to Process Needs: Workflow management tools within CAFDEx® have been designed to ensure the timely hand-off from one stage of the process to another. Workflow configurations include email notifications and real-time metrics to provide transparency into the current state of the process allowing senior leadership to recognize and react to issues that may impact process timelines and / or milestones.
- Standard and Ad Hoc Reporting: All applications, including the CAFDEx® application, provide standard reports formatted to meet process guidelines. Additionally, datasheets are a reliable means to extract data into an Excel format for further analysis and / or sharing. The datasheet views have been developed to allow users to easily specify output fields and identify parameters using filtering capabilities.
